Welcome to the website
of the Oklahoma City Indian Clinic! With our recent redesign
we hope that internet visitors will get a good idea of the
look and feel of our clinic, as well as contact information,
job listings, medical information and much more.
This clinic has been around for a long time—serving the
healthcare needs of Native Americans in central Oklahoma for
over thirty years. At any given time we have between 16 and
17 thousand patients on our three-year active patient
roster, and serving each and every one of them is our
mission, our priority and our goal. This means striving
every day to expand services, creating new ways of
delivering medical, dental, optometry, pharmaceutical and
community services. Meeting our goal and fulfilling our
mission means being a leader in urban Indian healthcare. It
means digging in and fighting every day against the scourge
of diabetes, which is currently ravaging the Native American
population. And, as American Indians, it means educating our
patients on the responsibility of taking charge of one’s own
health, making healthy decisions and living healthy lives.
So take a look at our website and feel free to visit our
clinic. You’ll see urban Indian healthcare in action. You’ll
see the dedicated staff of the Oklahoma City Indian Clinic
carrying out its mission to be the medical provider of
choice for Native Americans in central Oklahoma, and to be a
leader in healthcare for all urban American Indians.
