To receive services at the Clinic, you must be an enrolled member of a Federally recognized American Indian tribe, possess a CDIB (Certified Degree of Indian Blood) card and provide all necessary documentation. Please allow three (3) business/working days for all refill requests to be processed and an extra day during federal holidays.  Refills can also be made by calling the Clinic at 405-948-4900 press the number 4 to access the pharmacy refill line.
