If you need immediate treatment, go directly to an Emergency Room at Chickasaw Nation Medical Center in Ada, Oklahoma or Lawton Indian Medical Center in Lawton, Oklahoma. If you choose to go to a local emergency room facility you can call Indian Health Services at (405)-951-6075 to see if payment assistance is available. Please note that due to the high volume of patients we see daily, we do not see walk-in patients. Oklahoma City Indian Clinic is now an Open Access Clinic. Clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 7am-7pm and Thursday and Friday 8am-5pm. Please call (405)-948-4900 then press 1 and choose your medical care team provider.
