Making an appointment in our Medical Clinic is easy. If you have been seen at our clinic within the last 3 years, stop by the appointment desk or call 405 948 4900  Extension 259 or 261 to make an appointment.  It is that simple.  We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to update your information at the Registration Desk in the Lobby.  We schedule our appointments very close together, to allow us to see as many patients as possible. Due to this, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will not see the Provider, you will be rescheduled.

New Patients wishing to be served by our facility must contact the Registration Desk in the Lobby for information concerning New Patient exam day.  Registration clerks can be reached at 405 948 4900 Extensions 221,222 or 233.  They will advise you of identification sources  needed to process your request.  You will not be able to participate in any of our clinics or services until your New Patient physical has been completed.

To serve our patients more quickly, your Oklahoma City Indian Clinic does not have a walk-in clinic.  For an unscheduled visit due to illness, you may request treatment through the Urgent Care Line.  Please access this service by calling 405 948 4900 and then enter extension 219.  We open this line for calls at 7:45 daily Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.  There are a limited number of urgent care appointments available, so call early.  If you feel your problem is an emergency and you need to be seen immediately, you should  go directly to an emergency room.  We look forward to helping you with your medical needs.  If you have questions concerning the Medical Department,  please call Donnita Oden, R.N., Nurse Manager at 405 948 4900 Extension 213.
